Since 2010, the State of Texas has seen a remarkable surge in high-rise apartment development, with 254 projects of seven stories or more either completed or under construction, according to data from CoStar. At the forefront of this architectural wave is Ziegler Cooper Architects (ZCA), designing 30 of these projects, and representing an impressive 12% of the total statewide activity.
